How often should I groom my pet?

The frequency of grooming depends on your pet's breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Generally, we recommend grooming every 4 to 6 weeks to keep their coat healthy and free of mats.

Pricing

We base our prices based on your pet's weight, breed and sometimes coat condition meaning that if there is presence of matting or fleas/ticks there's an additional charge.

Can I stay with my pet during the grooming process?

We understand that some pets may feel more comfortable with their owners nearby. While we encourage you to drop off your pet for a stress-free grooming experience, you are welcome to stay if it helps your pet feel at ease!
